Instant Pot Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
The soup period is here! My favourite way to earn a pot of reassuring soup that is loaded with meat, vegetables and noodles or rice, would be to bring all the ingredients and allow it to do it's magic.

Ingredients
- 2 cloves minced
- 1/2 cup sliced yellow onion
- 2 ribs diced
- 1.5 cup egg noodles tender, perhaps not cooked
- 2 cups broth or chicken stock
- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or chicken herb mix
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Directions
- After 1 minute, then add oil. Saute, stirring frequently, for a couple of seconds. Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, until nearly done.
- Add remaining ingredients, making sure the noodles are coated with liquid.
- Ensure that your Immediate Pot is put to elevated pressure. Cooking wills beep and begin.
- After the time is up, press on"cancel/off" button. Allow the pressure release for 5 minutes, then release any residual pressure.
- Open the lid. Stir.
- THIS is your Immediate Pot I enjoy and have.
- Once the soup cooks, the noodles cook. It's not necessary to cook them.
- This soup is ideal served with Ham Biscuits and those Basil or my Homemade Drop Biscuits.
