INSTANT POT LOW CARB TACO SOUP WITH CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp onion flakes optional
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 32 ounce beef broth
- Pepper & Salt to taste
- 8 oz cream cheese
- sour cream
- sliced black olives
- sliced jalapeño peppers
- cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Brown ground beef in Immediate Pot on"sauté" setting. If necessary, drain excess grease.
- Stir in onion flakes, cumin, garlic powder, diced tomatoes with beef broth, chili, and salt & pepper. NOTE: It is not suggested to pressure cook milk so that you might choose to incorporate following pressure cooking the cream cheese and cream. (I found this after so that the video doesn't reflect this shift.)
- Cover Instant Pot and cook "soup" setting for 5 minutes. (Original recipe strain cooked for 10 minutes and then let sit no stress discharge for 5 minutes. But it is far better to stress cook soup for a period and let it sit in the kettle to get a time interval before opening the lid, after releasing stress. The movie doesn't reflect this shift.)
- Open enable pot to sit valve shut to depressurize prior to opening valve and eliminating lid when time is up. Add cream cheese and cheese.
- Serve hot with toppings.
- It is recommended to not stress cook milk. It's ideal to include following pressure cooking cream and the cream cheese.
