INSTANT POT LO MEIN (VEGAN) – 6 WEIGHT WATCHERS FREESTYLE POINTS


If you do not possess an Instant Pot however, be certain that you check for bargains (catch it if it is under $100 here)! In case you've got an Immediate Pot but have not taken it from the box this dish is an excellent one. It is easy, without messing up anything, and you are able to change a few of the spices a little if you would like.



Add vegetable stock, rice vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar and mix until mixed nicely.

  1. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  2. 2 tsp minced garlic
  3. 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  4. 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  5. 3 tbsp soy sauce
  6. Lo mein/rice noodles
  7. Pepper & salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic, oil, and onion till tender
  2. Add soy sauce, vegetable stock, lemon juice, rice vinegar, and sugar and mix until nicely
  3. Add lo mein/rice noodles
  4. Add snow peas, mushrooms, and carrots
  5. Lock lid and place
  6. Press on button and then set to minutes
  7. Pressure discharge
  8. Serve and Revel in!
